The T-Mount is a T-shaped 15mm perpendicular rod mount. It includes one 15mm rod port that is secured by an Allen screw and one 15mm quick release hole which is controlled by a lever and sits perpendicular to the port. You can attach any 15mm rod accessory to this, like an articulating arm or a Zud. (A Zud is a short rod with either a 1/4 20 or 3/8 16 screw or screw hole on one end.) It is often used to attach an FS100 microphone to Zacuto FS100 Top Handle. The rod port attaches to the Top Handle rod and allows you to slide your microphone mount into the 15mm hole. It can also be mounted onto any 15mm rod end.
